We loved our seared tofu meals! Quality ingredients and delicious food. Recommend getting extra sauces on the side and sampling them all!

Had some good lunch today. It didn’t disappoint. The food was pretty good and it was a really good amount. I couldn’t eat it all. I had the brisket with rice noodles. It was really good. My husband had the sandwich and he ate it in three bites. . lol

Stopped at this food truck yesterday because I felt sorry for the guy that no one was buying his food, as it was raining out. I even tipped more than I normally would for the minimal service that’s involved with food trucks. Given that I was the only customer, I thought maybe the guy would put some effort into decently prompt service. No such luck. He wasn’t as slow as some places, but there was definitely no urgency to serve his only customer (me). But then I thought, maybe he’s putting extra effort into making sure it was the best sandwich he could make. Nope. The bread was dry and almost stale, the pickled carrots were sparse, and worst of all, nearly every piece of pork was all gristle, not properly marinated, nor sufficiently barbecued. I didn’t even bother finishing it, and I had been fasting for the day, so I was definitely hungry still. The next morning I drank the Vietnamese iced coffee I’d ordered, only to discover he’d overloaded it with condensed sweet milk. I had to mix in regular coffee to make it palatable, which kind of defeated the purpose of ordering Vietnamese coffee. The entire experience at Red Hawk food truck was terrible from start to finish. It was easily the worst Vietnamese food I've ever had, and I would NEVER order from there again.

I kept finding small hairs in my food, the seasoning wasn’t there. It was very bland.‘I got the teriyaki bites. The flavor isn’t giving grilled. It’s like a couple random veggies. And just basic chopped chicken breast. Then they give you a cold cup of teriyaki sauce to pour on it. The portions are very fair just the food wasn't appetizing and I end up tossing it.
