If you haven’t stopped by Island Dream Food Truck yet, you are truly missing out! I have been supporting Kenya for over 10 years, and one thing that has remained consistent is the passion, quality, and great customer service he brings every single time. The Icees are definitely a DREAM, refreshing, flavorful, and always hitting the spot! But listen, Island Dream is leveling up! The new goodies on the menu are AMAZING, and those funnel fries! Absolutely top tier! Crispy, fresh, loaded with flavor, and made to perfection. What I respect most is seeing someone continue to grow and elevate their business over the years while still delivering the same great experience people fell in love with from the beginning. That kind of consistency deserves support. If you’re in Jacksonville, make sure you pull up to Island Dream Food Truck. Trust me, you will not be disappointed!

They came to our business park and OH MY GOSH this hit the spot after lunch! I had a mixed cup of blueberry, green apple, and their house flavor Bahama Mama. YUMMMYYY!!! The shaved ice is incredibly smooth with the flavor totally combined, not like normal shaved ice that looks like crushed ice with syrup poured on top. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Island Dream Food Truck is a gem for delicious Italian Ice. I’ve seen posts on IG with pictures of the yummy cool treats, so I decided to take my nieces for a treat. The truck was easy to located thanks to IG. I believe the truck moves to different locations throughout the week. This particular time the truck was located on Lem Turner. The menu was a nice variety of mixes. I decided on mango and pineapple. My oldest niece got mango and banana. My youngest niece got the sour patch flavored Italian ice which I was very skeptical, but it was actually really good. The Italian ice was so refreshing, and the prices were very reasonable. I got a small for only $4. It was well worth the price. I’ll be back to try some other flavors. This Italian ice is great to cool off for a hot day.
