Just ordered the chicken hibachi and it was delicious. I was only suppose to take one bite and drive off but I ended up eating while driving lol. The staff were very professional and nice. The food was hot and delicious. I highly recommend. Wishing you all continued success!

Been a while since I left a review but here’s a place I WILL NOT return to. It’s funny that their 5 star customer service reviews have a lot of white people that wrote them because they treated my black self like crap. Treated me like I was suppose to spend my money but I can only imagine how they handle their white customers. There’s always a cry to support black business and I try to at every chance but this is why the reputation is what it is for black businesses because the service absolutely sucks. Not only did they mess up my order but I also waited for almost an hour. I saw the cook come off the truck just to look at a girl. I never got a “thank you,” a smile, or nothing! Asked about a sauce on their menu and the cat at the window never acknowledged that they didn’t have it he just proceeded to nonchalantly tell me what they did have. They act so weird and they’re too dang cool to serve right. The food was wrong but ok I guess but I’ll keep taking my hard earned money to wasabi in the town center. There I know they’ll thank me for my money and I can sit and have a drink without looking over my shoulder.

The food is definitely worth the price! Customer service was amazing!!!! The only complaint was the wait... but I understand...... everyone needs to get a plate!!!! DELICIOUS 😋

As someone who lives for hibachi and has tried more hibachi spots than I can count, I really wanted to love 93 Hibachi Food Truck… but unfortunately, it just didn’t deliver the experience I was hoping for. Let’s start with the positives: The portions were huge, so if you’re looking for quantity, they’ve got that covered. The shrimp itself wasn’t bad, and the yum-yum sauce absolutely carried the meal. And the real MVP? Their peach–mango–pineapple lemonade. THAT was the highlight—sweet, refreshing, and honestly the best thing I had. Now for the part that really matters—the food. The flavor profile felt off from the very first bite. It tasted like the seasoning was sprinkled on top rather than cooked into the food, so it lacked that rich, infused hibachi flavor you expect. The rice was mushy and not enjoyable at all, the vegetables were overcooked, and overall, the dish simply didn’t taste like hibachi. I’m not sure what lane the flavor was going for, but it definitely wasn’t the hibachi experience I know and love. There’s potential here, but for now, I left disappointed. If you do stop by, grab the lemonade—and maybe hope they level up the hibachi game in the future.

Get there early on the weekends. Like a hour early. Don’t forget to order your juice. It’s sweet but it goes with the meal. It don’t matter what you order you will eat it all. It’s a food truck so you have too have some patience.
