Had amazing food at Cascades today! My original fav pear salad is amazing as always with a handmade salad dressing to die for! Nice service and good quality healthy food! Will be back! Plus was nice sitting outside at the brewery!

Very friendly service, and great food! My husband enjoyed his sandwich and I got the Fiesta Salad which I swear had to have been 5 pounds of salad?!? Very generous portions for the price!

The food is always great and I usually get the same sandwich, but today it was off the charts! The ONE time an order was incorrect out of dozens of correct orders, they went out of their way to fix it. Great people, great food!

Amazing Soup and Sandwich spot for homemade soups that are next level and a great selection of signature sandwiches. Right in the middle of Hudson this is a locals go to spot for an affordable lunch. Nice amount of seating and very friendly staff.

These guys know how to make food! Their soups are amazing and great sandwiches. Pricing is good. Service is good. Place was clean. I will be returning to try more menu items. I got the veggie sandwich and chicken soup and I'm in love.
