If you are ever in Hubbard, please don't sleep on this place! I would not have found it since it looks like an abandoned building, but a friend took us there. We had the smash burgers, and they were super delicious! The owner and staff were very friendly, it felt like hanging out at a friend's backyard. 5 stars are not enough!

This is true Texas food truck at its best. Sliced brisket is the standard by which I judge all bbq. Not knowing what to expect, I lowered my expectations. Yet to my surprise, the brisket was quite good, Texas style. Hubbard is a small town, Northwest of Waco. If you are that way, give the park a shot.
