I love Birria Queen when the order is right — the food can be great, amazing even. Notice I said when the order is right. Unfortunately, my partner and I receive the correct order 50% of the time. While they fix each mistake, it often turns into a process. Who wants to reorder food 50% of the time. Last night, I ordered vegan tacos with regular cheese and received vegan cheese instead. Even after showing the receipt, the staff member insisted the order was correct. They offered to “remake”, well the “remake “ ended up being regular cheese added on top of vegan cheese, which tasted off. Imagine spending $30.30, for (4) jackfruit tacos that tasted like the chemicals from vegan cheese mixed with a weird slimy texture of the two cheeses, combining. Eeeeeyyycckkk!! After years of this I am officially not ordering again. The price point, customer service and fake remake were enough for me to move on. And another note: Obviously, the ordering process is not working because this happens 50% of the time. Just have an option for tacos. Take the word vegan out of it let people customize so that your staff doesn’t see vegan and automatically add vegan cheese. Just a thought.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the frustration you experienced, that’s never the experience we want for our guests. For clarity, this was a DoorDash order for Vegan Jackfruit Tacos. Vegan cheese is included by default unless removed during ordering. While regular cheese was added as an additional add-on, the order was incorrectly prepared with vegan cheese as well, which was an error on our end. We apologize for that and understand the remake did not meet expectations. If you ever choose to give us another try, ordering directly at the trailer allows our team to confirm preferences in real time.chriscorey17
The food was actually really good. Took my granddaughter. She enjoyed it. There were a lot of activities for her to do. She's a picky eater, but she ate all of her chicken quesadilla, that's how I knew the food was really good!

Ordered the Vegan Birra Tacos, but they didn’t have the vegan cheese. No discount provided and the tacos were lacking. Vegan tea cake thin, but taste good. Watermelon guava lemonade pretty good as well. Good seating area fr warmer weather.

My sister in law highly recommended this food truck so we gave it a try. After reading reviews, we tried the sampler that came with 2 birria tacos (we chose shrimp and chicken), quesadilla (we chose chicken) and a grilled cheese sandwich (we chose beef) for my husband, son and I to share. I added 2 beef birria tacos. Let’s start with the birria tacos. The beef was the star of the show. The beef is seasoned to perfection as well as the dipping sauce. The taco was delicious by itself and then you add the sauce/consume…perfection. I personally preferred the green sauce as it had a bit of spice to it which was a nice flavor addition. The shrimp taco was ok but wasn’t as flavorful as the Beef. Same for the chicken. Good but not as flavorful. The grilled cheese with beef…so good! Dipped that in the sauce as well. Quesadilla was good too. I just should’ve chose beef instead of chicken but wanted to try different proteins. The beef tacos were so good, my husband went and ordered 3 more as well as the ramen…beef of course. The ramen was super flavorful as well. I did wish it had more sauce/consume but I just added what we had leftover from our tacos. I’d definitely order the ramen and beef tacos again. I’d order the beef grilled cheese too lol. We also got the guava lemonade. It was ok but not sweet enough for me, but refreshing. We’ll definitely be back!

The atmosphere is nice, I love the whole corn hole idea to play while you wait. The tacos are good, I think the consume is a lil too watery, and bland, but other than that, I do recommend this place if you're looking for vegan tacos in the Houston area.
