Got 2 Show me bowls, Egg rolls (No fries) and a drink for $76... AND had to wait 35 min for our food. $76 for a tiny amount of salmon and 90% rice is insane. Food is extremely mid as well. Would not recommend to ANYONE. Just stick to that long line for HibachiBros.. It'll actually be worth it.

Oh my gosh! I wasn't expecting these SALMON BIRRIA Tacos to taste so good! Cheesy! Flavorful! The Salmon is Fyah! I HAD TO ORDER MORE!! They even had the cilantro & onions and NOT STINGY WITH THE SALMON!! We also had to try the Fried Salmon & WAFFLE FRIES!! BUSSIN' BABY!! All the Sauces are hitting! We ate that so fast we forgot to take pics! Lol DONT FORGET YOUR DESSERT- CAKE CUP/CUPPED CAKE...IDK...I ATE IT & IT WAS GOODT!

Yesterday I was able to try out their Salmon Birria Tacos, Salmon Filly Egg Roll, Banana Nana Cupd Cake and the Strawberry Shorty Cupd Cake. The birria tacos were phenomenal. Salmon was cooked to perfection; juicy and extremely flavorful. The egg roll was perfectly crisp on the outside with melting flavors inside. Even better with the sweet thai chili sauce on top. The cupd cakes were the best dessert to follow. Both flavors were extremely balanced, and the perfect amount of sweetness.

Saw this food truck as I was driving and was intrigued. I love salmon and I love Birria tacos. Seeing both together? Was irresistible! They had great service and quick wait to get the food. I ordered 2 for $14 salmon birria tacos which came with chips and salsa. I would definitely recommend 👏🏾👏🏾

This new food truck has delicious salmon bites, not too much breading but a good amount of crisp. The salmon is juicy and flavorful. Waffle fries are cooked just right as well. The bread pudding is also great especially on a hot day! I would definitely order again!
