INCREDIBLE! Truly incredible food, service and professionalism. Mad Max BBQ catered our son’s law school graduation party at our home this past Saturday, and they did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. The food was outstanding — every guest kept talking about how delicious everything was! Beyond the incredible BBQ, the service and professionalism they provided truly made the event special. The team was friendly, organized, attentive, and made everything run smoothly so we could simply enjoy celebrating with family and friends. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Mad Max BBQ for any event or special occasion. Thank you for helping make our son’s graduation celebration such a memorable time!

We had the pleasure of being catered by Mad Maxx for our family reunion, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. The brisket was hands-down some of the best we’ve ever had—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and just top-notch. The chicken was just as impressive, and every single side—from the green beans to the potato salad and mac & cheese—was delicious. Beyond the food, they were amazing. They were friendly, professional, clean, organized, and right on time. Everything was set up and ready to go without a hitch, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free for us. You can tell they take pride in what they do—from the quality of the food to the way they treat their customers. We couldn’t have asked for a better catering experience and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!

Gruene Environmental Companies; A Triumvirate Company hired Mad Max BBQ Food Truck to come out to our Baytown facility and serve up lunch for all the employees. We were celebrating Black History Month and wanted to support a black owned business. Hands down this is a solid 5 star rating. The food was EXCELLENT and the portions were plentiful. We had ribs, chicken, potato salad and beans with all the fixings. I highly recommend this business as they are also extremely professional, timely and friendly. We will definitely do repeat business with them. Thank you Mad Max BBQ for the best Monday EVER! You are the BEST!

We had Max come out to cater for our team and they are STILL talking about how good it is! Portion sizes are Texas sized :). We elected to have plates with sausage, chicken and brisket with a side of potato salad and beans, so GOOD! The potato salad was creamy and not too much mustard, beans were perfection! I really enjoyed the sausage since it had a nice little zing to it. We would definitely use them again. Catering was simple, payment was easy and straight forward, customer service was outstanding. You will not regret working with Max and his team!

Super delicious. They catered at my sisters open house at her job! Very good, love the potato salad, it was made different than any other potato salad I’ve had before and it was super good. Highly recommend!
