I ended up ordering the three birria tacos and it was very good! looked exactly like the pictures on the food cart. The cheese was very cheesy which I loved. I personally would come here again. one of my favorite things is that the food came very quick and I enjoyed it very much.I basically inhaled the food and almost wish I got more but didn't want to get carried away.The food is very filling. these food trucks are very amazing and definitely want to stop here again before I leave back home.I love all the options around here

Hi Shack is located at the food truck park and quickly became one of my favorites. I went back three times just for their lobster roll and guava lemonade. I seriously couldn’t get enough! Everything tasted fresh and well made, and it was exactly the kind of meal you crave while exploring the area. Easy, casual, and absolutely worth stopping for if you’re at the food truck park.

We ordered the taco platter. Which is $48 for 8 tacos. You get a variety of fish, birria, shrimp and lobster. We also got Pancit. Positive first, the pancit was good. Tasted fresh. Now negative. The tacos were terrible. They are all fried, every part of them. Tortillas are smothered in mozzarella cheese? Cooked in more oil. You cant even taste the flavors of the ingredients because its over powered with grease. Just destroyed the lobster which tasted like it was from a can anyway. We've been here a week, all the food has been incredible and fresh... until this place. Never again. They need to redo their menu for the taco advertisement. False advertising for what youre paying for. We were expecting a delicious fresh $48 taco tray. This was a mess of greasy slop

The food was delicious. We went for dinner and lunch the next day. The pineapple fried rice with shrimp is amazing! We also had the spicy burger. Victoria was our server both times and did a fantastic job!!!
