Moningo’s Cuban Cravings is a local family owned business with Cuban roots. If you’re in town or just cruising through High Springs, Florida, this is the best food. The sandwiches are just amazing, super flavorful and juicy, and I also recommend the pastries. The Cuban food is without discussion the best in town and miles around. Everything is very fresh and they are very nice and friendly. A hidden gem you must try. Highly recommended.

The BEST Cuban bread you will find within 100 miles. I have had the grouper sandwich, steak sandwich, papa rellena, and croquettes. I try something new each time, and it's always cooked to order, fresh. While I have not had it, a friend raved about the chicken sandwich. The owners are incredibly service-oriented and humble people that really want you to love your meal. What a fabulous addition to the area! Crossing my fingers that this business takes off and expands. It would be great to have authentic Cuban food available. Please support this business so that I can continue to enjoy this culinary treat 😁

What s great food truck in High Springs. I had their bistec, Yuca fries and guava/ cheese pastry. All so good. They have an outside area in the back where you can eat.

I meant to take a picture before I dug in, but I couldn’t resist 🤪 Even as a to-go order, the pan con bistec was 🔥 (my giant sized bites might already given that away though).
