I just picked up a load of powered milk, dry van from Leprino foods and it went very smooth. My appointment was for 8pm and arrived at 530pm. I told the guard I know I'm early and he said "we can at least ask if they'll take u early", which they did. Loaded me in about 45mins and was off the property within 1hr. You have to do the basics, tandems back, safety vest, disconnect the emergency line from your trailer. Everyone was nice which is rare now-a-days at any facility that involves trucking!

I came here in the evening for a pickup. Leave your doors closed all the way to the dock and in the dock they open them from the inside. Slide your tandems back and disconnect your red airline they will put a lock on it. 13th Street is the entrance do not make a left from there. There's a sign that says it's the entrance. I just went straight in from 13th Street. That's about it they have a couple of vending machines and a bathroom. I called ahead of time about my load add security said that it would be ready at 7:00 p.m. for an 8:00 p.m. pickup. I don't know if there's a policy about coming a half hour before your appointment or whatever but I called first and they let me know what time the load will be ready it was 1 hour before my appointment. No big deal. You may want to be ready in case they want a couple load bars or a couple of straps.

Check-in and Check-out is great. Your wait time to be loaded is also great but the security supervisor has a really bad attitude and doesn't know how to talk to people, he's stuck on a high horse with a top-flight dream and needs to be terminated. Great place with one bad apple..

This is not a nice place to pickup from, yes they are friendly and helpful, but they don’t care about drivers time! They have plenty of parking but won’t allow you to utilize it! Not allowed on the property until 30 minutes to your appointment even though there dock doors are empty and they have plenty of space for you to back onto your door an hour or two early! They have plenty of room to turn around and maneuver your truck but have no yellow lines to help line you up with the door! Must have two load locks no straps, pre-cool your trailer to 34 degrees continuous and slide your tandems all the way back, very little parking on the street but there is street parking! As little truck traffic as they have there is no reason not to load you early even if they aren’t ready for you, if they are still making the product they could let you sit on the door, but they won’t, so don’t show up early, if you want to be taken early try calling and getting authorization ahead of time!
