Jackie and Dana had amazing customer service! Let’s talk about the bowls, they were delicious I got the açaí base with fresh mango & pineapple everything was delicious. 10/10 coming back again I completely recommend if your in the Granada hills area!

Bearies Açaí is quite popular and rightfully so. They have a good assortment of fresh fruits to choose from and everything looked so good and did I say FRESH! Yummm. The dragonfruit base was delicious and as you can see from this picture people love this spot.

I have been a loyal customer of this establishment since its opening in Granada Hills, and I have always appreciated the friendly and efficient service provided by the staff. However, I recently noticed a change in the new employees' demeanor; they appear less enthusiastic and provide rushed, inadequate service. My acai bowl also contained several big air pockets. I paid for a larger size and expected it to be appropriately filled. The acai bowl was not only unfilled, but also lacked toppings (coconut shavings) I had requested and paid for.

Pure GOLD! My go-to should be named after me...half acai/half pitaya, with granola, strawberries, blueberries, and banana, plus double almond butter, toasted coconuts havings, and almonds! Whether it's a hot day, a cold day, or just a causal valley day it's the best. The flavor and toppings are insanely good. Customer service is equally as great. In the modern time of bad service-Bearies Açaí sets the bar high. I'm always impressed by the staff and their attentiveness and courteous attitudes. I’m a customer for life!
