I feel like I need to start by saying that I’m from Texas and I KNOW good, authentic Mexican food. My husband and I have been searching for any half decent Mexican food since moving here several years ago and THIS IS THE ONE. Some of the best barbacoa I’ve had in years & that’s including my regular Texas spots. The tortillas are perfect, great consistency & flavor and they hold the proteins well. The salsas are flavorful and have a great heat to them. We also tried the birria, asada & pastor and everything hit the spot. I will be back regularly & I hope that everyone gets the chance to try some of the best food in Walton county. I look forward to trying everything else & hope that one day, I can get some good nopales breakfast tacos here. 🤞🏼

I typically hesitate to try taco trucks. I’m so glad we gave this place a shot. Today was our second time and it was even better than the first. They added some more shade and it makes it even more comfortable. I had the birria and barbacoa tacos. The tortilla was perfect. It didn’t fall apart and was yummy.
