The food truck was at Dirigible Brewery. I wanted a salad and Chef Steve was very accommodating. He made a yummy arugula/romaine salad with roasted peppers, prosciutto, a chicken cutlet, buffalo mozzarella, probably other stuff I can’t remember. Homemade vinegarette was good. All was very fresh and plentiful.

I was able to be in the right place at the right time and discover this amazing food truck! I normally don’t seek out Italian Cuisine outside of the North End, but this was a fantastic experience. I got the Butchers Block, great sandwich with a fairly thin, juicy, and crispy chicken cutlet, with the flavor enhanced by the salty prosciutto, balanced by the sweetness of the roasted red peppers and kick from arugula. Really delicious, mozzarella and a sesame seed roll held it all together. I was recommended by another customer to try the fried ravioli, and I am glad I did: they were extremely fresh with nice presentation, crispy but not greasy, and with the perfect cheesy filling. I don’t love the overly stringy cheese you often find in these or mozzarella sticks, this filling wasn’t like that at all. Great service and friendly people. Will definitely add this to the watchlist and grab some more stuff to try this summer ! 🔥

Lania’s Food Truck is an absolute gem. Top notch all around - from homemade arancini’s to toasted raviolis and everything inbetween. But the show stopper: unreal chicken cutlet sandwiches on the best bread around. 100/10 recommend the Butcher Block! Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or a food truck enthusiast, Lania’s Food Truck delivers a meal that can’t be beat. Do yourself a favor and don’t miss this one!

Sooo so delicious! You can tell right away this isn’t your average food truck. Every dish tastes homemade and full of authentic Italian flavor — the kind of food that instantly reminds you of a real Italian kitchen. The arancini and chicken parm is unreal. Truffle fries were great too!

The Butcher’s Block sandwich was absolutely incredible - great chicken cutlet, fresh mozzarella, and beautiful prosciutto. Better than sandwiches I’ve had in Rome! This is definitely one of the best food trucks in Massachusetts.
