To start, my wife and I both enjoyed our meals. I had Momo and Curry, she had a shrimp po boy. Both were delicious, definitely worth the drive. The low rating is for the evangelical Christian radio station playing at an obtrusive volume. Nobody wants to hear about Christian persecution while they’re trying to enjoy a meal. I’d rather listen to cats fighting at midnight.

We recently went to the Fireworks Stand to purchase products this past weekend. We stood there several minutes without even being acknowledged by the two people seated down. Not even a hello or how can I help you. We ended up going down the road and purchasing fireworks from them. The customer service was definitely lacking. Do not recommend purchasing from them if this is how they treat paying customers.

I went to “Hey My Baby” food truck! Have a chicken basket came with eight wings and fries. It was so good that hey my baby sauce is the bomb also had the Boudin eggrolls. OMG they were so good cheesy little spicy eggroll cooked to a crisp. Joy Was such a joy! Hey baby🥰 Love to try her out!

I was so excited to get the fried fish, fries, crawfish and boudin egg rolls from a taste of New Orleans. Everything was cooked to perfection. The appearance was impeccable! However once I sat down to eat the fries were soggy and the fish taste like very old grease. I’m soooo disappointed I paid $30 for this food and it definitely isn’t edible. I won’t be back to that specific food truck. The workers were very friendly though.

The Junction Fireworks and Food Trucks are incredible! There are so many great options to choose from that we like to order from several places and the whole family tries them all because it's impossible to choose just one! Today's choice was the Brekkie Burger and the Cowboy Burger from ROLLING BUN BURGERS- both are delicious, but the Brekkie might just be the best burger I have ever eaten. Absolutely incredible! You've got to try these food trucks- nicest people and food that will blow you away!
