I see why they’re a food truck now… my corn was literally old & brown. Guac is old, tacos are not good either. Hibachi was a joke lol, half a bowl of rice and 10 pieces of nickel sized chicken.

Waitress was nice and respectful, definitely showed manners. The place was dark and not very inviting. Now let's talk about the food. I ordered the hibachi steak and lobster for $30. I ordered medium rare steak and got medium steak and their lobster was the size of maybe a claw. Not worth the money at all and will not be returning

So here’s my take. I’ve been here 4 times now, the first time I ordered the sushi bridge and it took about 1hr to receive our food from when we ordered. The second time I went, I ordered the chicken hibachi and the hibachi itself was good, the miso soup and salad were okay but again it took almost an hour to get our food. The third time I ordered through Uber Eats (3 sushi rolls), the app said it was ready for pickup so I drove 20min from my house to go pick it up. When I got there I had to wait an additional 40 min in the restaurant to receive my food. I waited a total of 1hr 10min. I went for a fourth time and ordered one roll of sushi and it took an 1hr and 2min to receive my order. The food is pretty good overall but definitely not worth the average hour wait I get every time. I waited to make the review to see if it was a consistent pattern and it was.

I love the California Roll! The Hibachi Shrimp & Chicken was delicious. Comes with soup & salad. Great service! I wish it was closer to my job or home. Sorry, no photos of the California Roll. They disappeared 😀.

Just got the chance to check out Oh Snap! Hibachi right outside Fort Bragg Yadkin gate. Don't walk but run to this Brand New Restaurant. I was greeted upon entry and sat down right away. They have a nice dining area with soon to be bar. They have Hibachi & Teriyaki options as well as Fresh rolled Sushi & appetizers. Their combo comes with Miso soup & salad. This was the best Miso soup Ive ever had. When the entre shows up I'm blown away. Everything was freshly cooked and looked amazing. The fried rice was again the best I've had at a hibachi restaurant. All in all 10s on everything. Please make sure to stop in for Lunch or Dinner you won't believe how great this place is.
