Ran into this food truck Saturday at Costco in Lawrenceville/Princeton area. The guys are so cool. We ordered the beef and cheese empanadas, they were so good. They were so juicy. The gentleman taking the order gave us a sample of the arroz con gandules for us try, man it was delicious!! I will definitely track them down to order again!!! If you see this truck, make sure you stop and order, you won’t be sorry!!

First time here and I must say WoW! I was recommended by my brother in law and it did not disappoint. They gave my daughter 2 empanadas on the house (jerk chicken & beef and cheese 🤤) so good and I got the garlic friend chicken box. The sauces are so good and the food wasn't greasy. So flavorful, definitely worth the 20 minute drive! Will be coming back with the rest of the family.

I saw this place on TikTok right before lunch time so my wife and I made it a day date. The young man at the window greeted us with a warm welcome, took our orders and gave us some samples. We loved the samples and when we got our food we were blown away, the food tasted like someone’s grandmother was in the kitchen. We even decided to make another order to take home for dinner. Everything was delicious, fresh and the service was great. The wait time was quick also. Just a great experience, and I love supporting family owned businesses. We’ll be back!

Wow wow wow! We absolutely loved this place! DELICIOUS FLAVORFUL food!!! The flavors are absolutely amazing. We were not disappointed at all! Came across this food truck via social media & my fiancé and I came same day. Josh was very nice & helpful, even gave us a free sample of their beef and cheese empanada. The portions were very generous. We will be back! Thank You!

Finally got to Eat in The Cave!! The customer service was A1!!! The whole plate was full of flavor! I loved the Arroz con Gandules & Mac & cheese. The plate looks small but they are heavy duty!! You cant even see the rice under the fish. The vegan empanada was really good & flavorful. Maduros 🔥. I dont eat meat but I do eat seafood sometimes & the whiting was 🔥. Recommend 10/10. -Lily
