We stopped at Bent Paddle a couple times and loved our meals from Johnny B, so we were excited when he agreed to be the food truck at our wedding! We had a lot of fun discussing menu options, and he displayed knowledge, passion, and eagerness to customize the menu to guests' needs. He and his team were on time, organized, and efficient. He received endless compliments from our guests - many of them in the form of a second trip to the food truck. We will make sure to stop by for a burger whenever we are back in town.

My husband and were in Duluth for a weekend getaway in early June and saw this food truck parked after hours on a residential street near our Airbnb. We decided to try it and were VERY impressed! It was in our top two best meals of our trip (along with a longtime, established Duluth restaurant). We shared the smash burger, barbacoa pita with corn salsa, beet arugula salad, and the cheesy smashed potatoes. The smash burger was really excellent but honestly, the other three dishes were even better! We have fairly large appetites and were very full, but it was awesome to try 4 of the 5 offered menu items. When we left, the pita entree had sold out which was no surprise! The flavors of each dish were nuanced and the meal was high-end quality despite the relaxed environment. It was without question our best food truck experience ever.

Probably one of the most best foods and burgers I’ve ever had and most memorable food I’ve eaten!! I had the pickle smash burger at the pickle fest in Duluth, Minnesota and it was great the other burgers were just as great and the cheese and meat were so flavorful and also the sauce they used was amazingly delicious and well put together!! Was definitely worth the price and I would definitely want to eat here again and bring friends/ family!!

Yum to the yum. I ordered the Salmon Tart and was pleasantly surprised. It was fresh. The pastry was fresh. The greens were fresh. The seared grapes were a nice touch. I didn’t expect this from a food truck. Well done. Great service. Short 5 minute wait. Truck made its appearance at Tettegouche State Park.
