Some of the best food I've ever had has come out of a food truck and this place is no exception. Food is excellent, but mostly the owner deserves a 5 star. Great attitude and you can tell they love what they do by the quality of their food. 100% will return.

Food was great super friendly staff but the fact it’s a food truck limits their potential simply due to their location being near a centralized road like Colfax. it’s loud noisy but if you want some fried catfish right on Colfax this is the spot I’m headed to!

I was working out there today and smelled something so heavenly so I followed my nose to this amazing food truck! Y'all, they have everything you need to feel like you're down south eating the best BBQ...I ordered a rib dinner with fried okra and it came with a free drink....10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED they also had some really good music playing and a table set up where you can eat and chat with them. Very friendly and professional

Smells great but the brisket sucked. Super fatty hardly any meat. Good potential but needs a lot of work to call themselves Kitchen and Catering. Y’all got this but do better. I was chewing on it like bubblegum.
