I love Saucy Chops! We’ve eaten her food before and it’s been great so I asked if they would cater a private event. The menu selection was great. The price was perfect. She was communicative and professional. She showed up really early which made my event set up really stress free. All my guests commented on how good the food was. Can’t say enough good things!

We just used Saucy Chops for a rehearsal dinner and booked through a 3rd party which went very well! Brittany was amazing! She was right on time and her 1st concern was making sure that the sound of the trucks generator would not be too distracting to the party (which it absolutely was not). The guests loved the food and the variety of options were perfect for all ages. Loved the amount of spice! We received compliments from everyone most of whom were from out of state. We loved that it is a woman owned business and loved the concept and bright branding of the truck itself! I would highly recommend for a private party!

One of the best chicken parms I've ever had! The elotès were also amazing! Loved the food! The 2 women working the truck were super friendly and efficient! There was a huge pool party event they were hired for at my apartments and they crushed it! Not only did they have to deal with an extreme amount of people, but it was very intense and quick, and some people from the community were really rude. They not only made awesome food quickly and as a team, but also did it with a smile and were super friendly to everyone and made sure everyone was more than taken care of! Thank you ladies! Keep up the awesome work and sharing your amazing food!

Located at the saucy Chops food truck in downtown Denver at the Civic Center Park Friday night market festival. I was excited to try the pork, but I didn’t want to do a sandwich. And I loved that they accommodated me by putting it over lettuce and still put all all the toppings the sauces are delicious. The pork was tender. I would definitely try it again.
