My wife Kit and I walked to the Greenwood Village Sundance swimming pool parking lot, where we ordered dinner from this gourmet food truck. It’s actually a misnomer to describe this company as a good truck because the Indian cuisine is on par or better than any fine-dining Indian restaurant I’ve eaten at in metro Denver. We ordered a Chicken Tikka Kebab platter with a side of naan. By the time we walked home and sat down for dinner, the French fries were still warm, crispy, and tasty. Unlike the dry Chicken that I occasionally get from Indian restaurants, the grilled chicken pieces were moist, flavorful, and beautifully ruddy in spice. As a pizza chef, I know a homemade naan from the fluffy texture and nice honey bee structure. For $3 an order, I recommend the delicious naan. In summary, Mike High Tikka Express exceeded my expectations in service, quality, and deliciousness. Keep up the good work. Please come back to Sundance Hills soon.

Food: kind of bland for Indian. Naan bread was SMALL and didn’t have garlic. Fries taste like McDonalds. Paneer was mixed with salad so not super filling. Drinks: $3 coke Atmosphere: free outdoor seating Wednesday/ Thursday at Civic center. Loud. Free bathrooms nearby.

I’ve lived in Denver for a few years and one of my favorite things to do on a Saturday is find a food truck. This one is easily the best food truck I’ve had since living here. 10/10 so good. Flavor, spice, speed, price. This truck checks all the boxes
