Always on point! The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and never disappoints. I’ve ordered multiple times and they’ve never missed. Great food, great service, and definitely one of my go-to food trucks. Highly recommend!

When Allah spoke of Jannah in the Quran, he forgot to mention Dias Shawarma as the main course. The best shawarma in America that I have had to date. Juicy, flavorful, perfect amount of toum (garlic), slightly crispy, not too salty, everything I want in a good shawarma. This place claps.

Ordered the Charcoal Chicken wrap, very good flavor, nice grill marks on the wrap and sauce is tasty. Would of gave 5 stars but the chicken portion was light for the size of the wrap. It could be one of the those days all business have. Hoping when I return I see a difference for a 5 star review this sandwich definitely deserves.

The food here is always consistent, fresh, and clean. You can really taste the quality. It’s one of those places where you feel satisfied and still feel great the next day. I recommend the Francisco and Philly steak.

I was absolutely blown away by Dias Charcoal Food Truck. The customer service is always on point friendly, fast, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. What really stands out is how much pride they take in their food. They make each and every sandwich with real perfection, and you can literally taste the love and effort in every bite. The food itself? Unreal. The chicken Shawarma is hands-down the best in all of Michigan perfectly seasoned, tender, and full of flavor. And trust me, I’m one of the pickiest eaters you’ll ever meet, and I’m officially a lifelong customer now. If you haven’t tried Dias yet, you’re truly missing out.
