Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I specifically asked the employee what time they closed and was told 9:00 PM. The park is right across the street, so I went there and made sure to come back before 9. When I noticed they were already closing, I literally ran over to place an order. Instead of honoring the closing time I was given, I was met with a dismissive “sorry” and refused service. “Sorry” doesn’t cut it when you’re the one who gave me the wrong information. If you’re going to close early, then tell customers the truth. Don’t send people away under the impression they have time to come back and then lock them out when they do exactly what you told them they could. The issue isn’t just that I didn’t get my order. It’s the complete lack of accountability and respect for customers’ time. I went out of my way to support this business and was treated like an inconvenience. After this experience, the 3.5-star rating makes perfect sense. Good products can’t make up for poor customer service, and businesses that don’t value their customers shouldn’t be surprised when customers stop coming back.

The lady fixing the snow cones put barely any flavor and when I went back to let her know she sarcastically said I fixed them I know how much I put on it. She was rude and acted as if she didn’t like her job.

I got watermelon and mango. Neither flavors taste remotely like the name. Watermelon esp bad, tastes like medicine. Also there was a tiny bit of yellow on top and rest is all “watermelon” Ice was not easily broken apart as well. I wondered I got the right flavoring…. So bad, I had to ask if there was any way I could exchange and swap out the flavor… because I knew I just wouldn’t continue to eat this. They said I would just have to buy another cup. Completely understand, but would have been nice if they even gave me a small cup with new flavor (I bought the large). Save your money and avoid. Into the trash this goes… :(

I had a fantastic experience at this place on a scorching summer day during my visit to Klyde Warren Park. They have over a dozen of flavors you can choose from. It is refreshing and helps a lot to cool off. Highly recommend. 🍨🌞👍
