10/18/2025 Something has changed recently. I tried chicken fried rice. This is what i expect in a street style fried rice. So good πŸ˜‹ *********************** 05/17/2025 Tried chicken noodle. Ordered spicy version and it didn’t work well. No salt in the dish. Be prepared for atleast 20-30 mins even for one item. **************** 13-Sep-2024. A good attempt to bring regional famous items like stuffed tomato bajji, bajji mixture. I tried stuffed tomato bajji, chicken pepper fry. Tomato bajji - 4/5 Chicken pepper fry - 2/5 (I felt chicken is not fresh when I tried and they need to work on the coating used for deep fry). Location - This spot has ghosted many food trucks and I wish atleast this food truck will last for more duration. Will try other items soon.

Got an order of punugulu - they were fresh and hot, but lacked salt. Also got the stuffed mirchi which was very disappointing - They initially added only onions and told us that was how they serve it but the pictures I see online and on their menu say otherwise. Don’t understand why they call it β€œSTUFFED” mirchi if this is what it is! Eventually the person working agreed to add a few peanuts and puffed rice on top and said they do not have any chaat masala or anything else to add besides that. I do not recommend it!

The first time I have been to this place was March of 2025 and the pulao was the first this I tried and then this place saw me coming 3 days in a row. And I am in Dallas atm and I went back here and this time I tried the chicken noodles and it was soo good that it directly took me back to Hyderabad. I would highly recommend this place, if possible visit this place 10/10.

Recently visited this food truck in Coppell, TX and had a great experience. We tried the Chitti Idly, which was served with flavorful karvepaku podi and ghee, along with allam and peanut chutneys β€” everything tasted fresh and authentic. We also ordered tomato bajji, full egg bajji, punugulu, and street-style egg noodles. Every dish had that true Indian street food flavor and reminded us of home-cooked food. The quality and taste were consistent across all items, and we were really impressed. Definitely a place worth visiting if you’re craving good, comforting Indian food!

Bajji Mixture - Must Try Fried Rice - Not Recommended Cashew Chicken Pakoda - Not Recommended Roti - Frozen(Served hot) Response to Owner: Thanks for taking your time and responding. Everything mentioned was correct and you have to understand that consistency in taste is the key here. However, I may change my mind in my next visit if the feedback given items were back to its original taste. Even if you keep limited items try to give best taste and nobody is going to stop you. Also, I’d suggest to avoid frozen items as this is a food truck and we expect freshly made food. Thanks again
