Las 3 Hermanas is the kind of food that has you planning your next trip back before you even finish eating. We got the asada taco plate and churros and I’m not exaggerating when I say it was some of the best food I’ve had in a long time. The asada was packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and one of those meals that makes everyone at the table go silent for a minute because it’s THAT good. And the churros? Unreal. Crispy, warm, sweet perfection. Everything tasted homemade and made with care. Seriously “moan while you’re eating” level incredible. Cannot wait to go back.

Been searching high and low for good authentic Mexican food that reminds me of my mom’s cooking. I finally found it here. Everything was amazing. The tamales were moist and flavorful. And the flautas were crunchy not soggy. Only waited 3ish minutes. will be recommending to all my friends and become a frequent customer from now on.

Best damn tacos and burritos anywhere. I'm from El Paso, Texas, border town to Juarez, Mexico. I've had amazing tacos in Juarez. The tacos from Las 3 Hermanas are equivalent, if not better, than the tacos from Juarez. I highly recommend this food truck

Response from owner

Wow, coming from someone who knows great tacos, that means the world to us Robert! El Paso and Juarez have some of the best tacos out there, so hearing that ours stack up (or even beat them?!) is an incredible compliment. We appreciate you stopping by and sharing the love—hope to see you again soon for more bro!

I found the food delicious, particularly the beef steak, which had a fantastic flavor. I tried the spicy red chili sauce but didn’t enjoy it; instead, I paired my tacos with my own handmade chili rojo sauce made from roasted tomatillos. I suspect the food truck's red chili sauce didn’t contain tomatillos, as I didn’t see any seeds. They offered a total of four sauce options, and I also tried the green mild sauce, which reminded me of the tacos I grew up with. The Al Pastor taco was a tad over-salted, even with the lime I added, but the flavor was great. Personally, I prefer tacos without double tortillas, as it makes me feel full more quickly. I also wished they included radishes and charred onions, which I believe are essential for traditional tacos. Regarding the sauces, I won't be paying for extra in the future. While it’s advertised as two sauces for $1, a 5% service fee is added, making it feel overpriced. Overall, I would definitely return; these tacos have an authentic flavor. I ordered six assorted tacos for about $25 (excluding tip). The carnitas were tender and flavorful, but the lengua tacos were slightly overcooked and not as tender as I would have liked.

My wife and I had lunch here this weekend and it was great. She had the chicken quesadilla and I had a chicken and pork taco. Both were yummy. The star of the show was the French fries with steak on them. Well done y'all! We will definitely come back the next time we are in Colorado Springs. Thank you so much!
