El Pollo Feo Food Truck
We've had two of our food trucks built with David at Custom Food Trucks. He is easy to communicate with, professional, and does a great job with his builds. While LnI approval can be time consuming, David was able to navigate through it with us. We unfortunately missed our initial deadline with the second truck by a couple of months, it had everything to do with WA LnI requirements and not the build itself. We were very impressed with the quality and custom touches.

David built us a brand new food truck and it’s amazing! We’ve been open at Flipside for almost 4 months and haven’t had any issues with the cart. He also was very communicative in the process and helped us with clearing the requirements for the health department like setting up the greywater tanks and water heater.

Solid experience, professional interaction, good follow through, they did everything they said they were going to do and completed the project on time. When you are going to spend a big investment you want to use the type of company who is professional and works building these trucks and carts full time. These guys have a dozen trucks going at a time so they really know what they are doing.
