We had an issue and wound up lacking in Thanksgiving dinner. Saw someone posted that this truck was doing dinners and went to grab 2. Wow! The food was great, ALOT of food for a great price, and the lady who served us was very, very nice. Thank you so much and can't wait to try the normal menu!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a born and raised Islander, I can confidently say Hula Hula Hawaiian delivers incredible fusion food with a true Hawaiian twist. I had the beef empanadas, steak marinated in the owner’s special sauce, and Spam musubi — and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were bold, comforting, and full of aloha. You can tell the dishes are made with love and pride. This spot is a hidden gem — don’t just walk by, run to it! You won’t be disappointed.

I was born and raised in Hawaii so I thought I would try this food truck. I see there are some folks who enjoyed their food and that is a good thing. I did notice many said they have never had that type of food and are grading the review based on very minimum exposure to local Hawaiian cuisine. That said, I know the sign says fusion but let me state that just because you use pineapple in a dish does not mean it is Hawaiian. Yes, this goes for pizza too. The fusion part seems to wash out any resemblance of Hawaiian food you would find at your local Hawaiian eatery or truck. I am not saying the food is bad, just not "Hawaiian". We do not use Jasmine rice in our dishes. Than is Thai and other parts of Asia. We us mostly Japanese style rice. It soaks up the marinade from your meats etc. I hope this review does not change anyone's mind on visiting this truck. We should all visit our local businesses and help make them successful. My review is simply comparing Hawaiian food to the fusion sold at this truck Thank you
