As an east coast transplant, I’m always looking for a true NY style bagel but have yet to find one that compares. Danna and team were super friendly upon arrival and very excited to share their creations with me. They asked me to take a bite to see what I thought and I was transplanted home to my local deli. Perfectly fluffy chewy crunchy and LOTS of seasonings on the everything bagel - as it should be! I finished half of my sandwich in the car before buying a half dozen bagels to go. These guys are the real deal here in Boulder!

Response from owner

Thank you so much PJ. It was a pleasure meeting you today. We look forward to seeing you the next time you’re in Boulder.

I tried Fleishman's for the first time two years ago when I was visiting Boulder. This was my second time. I remember enjoying their pastrami bagel with egg and cheese. I tried the same today. It was as good as my first visit, even better. If I ever come and visit the area again, I will definitely drop by hands down.

I’m from the East coast originally with family in long island/NY so i knowwww about a good bagel! Got the D doggie and it was super yummy! Had to wait a bit but it was worth it (they had to make a fresh white fish salad) as someone who has worked in the service industry over the years I really like to be patient and understanding (within reason), she apologized for the wait but it wasn’t even a problem at all!

Response from owner

Thank you so much Krys. We love seeing you at the truck!

The bagel itself was phenomenal. Unfortunately it took 30 minutes to get two bagels with cream cheese and bacon. Both bagels had the smallest amount of cream cheese, every bite was unbelievably dry. If I’m paying $25 for two bagels, I expect to have more than a small wipe of cream cheese. Especially after waiting 30 minutes. Huge bummer. *thanks for the reply! I didn't want a heavy shmear. I wanted a normal amount of cream cheese on the bagel. The amount on the bagel was as if a knife was just wiped off. You can barely see the cream cheese in the photo.

Response from owner

Hi Lauren, I’m sorry there wasn’t enough cream cheese on your bagel. If you like a heavy schmear please let us know and we will load it on. Next time you come the Veggie schmear is on the house for the Dankster!
