It's hit or miss on which food trucks will be open art any time of day but there are some great options here. Everyone who lives in town should be familiar with this place by now. It's a Bastrop fixture! Follow your favorite food truck online or on their socials to keep up to speed. Happy eating!

an hour ago NEW Very poorly done attempt at a food truck venue. Sits on top of a busy road with only a small sidewalk to separate the traffic so when the signal is red and vehicles sit there you get to enjoy their exhaust. Next issue is I literally have no clue when anything is going to be open. Maybe not the food Court's fault maybe it is from what I've read. Seems the management is very overbearing from reports of food truck owners. It would be nice if the trucks were open at some kind of predictable interval.

Let me start by saying the food trucks in the food court are great. But from a vendor standpoint, STAY AWAY. The owners have no experience running a food truck, let alone a food court. When we presented them with ideas, they were immediately shut down without thought. And I was told, “If you think you can run it better, make me an offer.” We were told we couldn’t run our A/C during the summer. When we told them it wasn’t in the contract and that we would continue running our A/C, they said they would add it to the next contract, so we wouldn’t be allowed. We weren’t allowed to book acts for the stage. At one point, the owners said they would charge acts to use the stage…instead of paying for entertainment to bring more customers to the failing food court. The environment was toxic. The owners would want to communicate over the phone or in person so there wouldn’t be any record of their mismanagement. They know they are the only food court in town, so they run it like a dictatorship because “you can’t go anywhere else.” Run the other direction as a vendor. You don’t get enough traffic to make it worth the headache and drama.
