⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This Mexican food truck is straight from heaven — like somebody’s grandma or auntie is inside cooking with love. Every bite tastes homemade and full of flavor. You can tell the food is made with pride and heart. The service was amazing and the food was incredible. I would 100% make the drive again just to eat here. The young lady up front is beautiful, kind, and very welcoming, and it was a pleasure talking with her in both Spanish and English. Great energy, great vibes, and even better food. These photos show their chicken quesadilla and bean, egg, bacon, and cheese tacos. They also offer cactus tacos, potato tacos, and goat meat tacos, all full of flavor and cooked perfectly. If you’re thinking about stopping by… don’t think, just go. This spot is a gem. 🌯🔥

I can’t say enough good things about El Bajío Mexican Food Truck! The food tastes homemade and authentic, with rich flavors that remind you of real Mexican cooking. Everything is perfectly seasoned and freshly prepared — the tacos al pastor and the carne asada are out of this world. The team is friendly and treats you like family. You can tell they take pride in what they do. A must-try for anyone who loves great Mexican food!

Diamond in the rough. The ladies were very freindly and the food was amazing. The Taco truck is tucked away in a no-frills lot with 2 competing taco trucks. While i cant speak to the other 2, this was an AMAZING PICK. I had a Bajio Steak taco, and a Pastor - one of the best tacos i have had in Austin. I wll be adding Bajio to my frequent list
