I had previously shared feedback about my Veg Schezwan Fried Rice, and I genuinely appreciate how much things have improved since then. Over the past 4 months, I’ve been visiting regularly again and the difference is amazing! The Garlic Chilli Veg Fried Rice and Schezwan Veg Fried Rice are now my absolute go-to dishes. Perfect spice levels, great flavor, and you can really taste the consistency in preparation. The Mirchi Masala is sooo good, and the Punugulu are just chef’s kiss! crispy, fresh, and super satisfying. It’s really nice to see a place level up and maintain quality. Definitely happy to be a regular again. Keep it up! 🙌 ______ Old: I recently ordered the Veg Schezwan Fried Rice and while the rice itself was packed with flavor and had the signature spicy kick, I was a bit surprised to find no veggies at all. It felt more like Schezwan-flavored rice than a proper veg fried rice. Also, I had specifically requested not to include Manchurian balls, but they were added anyway. I understand that oversights happen during busy hours, but it’s important to maintain consistency. The taste is honestly really good just hoping for more consistency going forward!

We ordered few items chicken appetizer, Frankie roll and chole poori. All of them were supposed to be mild spice since we have kids. But they came extremely spicy even adults could not handle the spice level. We ended up with hurt stomach. This is the second time we got a takeout from their truck didn’t like anything except punugulu.

Terrible experience! We ordered Gobi appetizer and Egg Noodles with medium spice, but both were way too spicy to even enjoy. When we asked, the staff gave a careless reply saying “spice level might be medium for others.” That’s just irresponsible. If you care about your spice level, you’ll have to repeat it again and again because they clearly don’t pay attention to orders. Really disappointed!

Please never try GHEE KARAM IDLI because it is GHEE PODI IDLY and not tasty. Chitti Punugulu is good. Also don’t try any DRAGON CHILI Fried Rice/ Noodles or appetizers.

I’ve just placed my last order at Golconda Food Truck Aubrey and removing this from my go to food places Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered issues, but today’s visit has prompted me to speak up. I placed a To-Go order for Veg Hakka Noodles, and what I received was far from what is typically expected. The dish lacked essential ingredients—there were no visible vegetables such as carrots, capsicum, or cabbage—only 2-3 pieces of onion. I’ve attached a photo and video of the order for reference. The name "Veg Hakka Noodles" clearly implies a vegetable-based dish. This is not just about personal taste, but about basic quality and meeting a some standards.. I’ve just placed my last order at this food truck. If things don’t change, I’m certain more people will follow.
