We had Tres Jardines cater a family event, and they were amazing from start to finish. The food truck setup was perfect for our gathering, the service was smooth and friendly, and the food was a huge hit with everyone. My preferred taco truck that comes to our college campus. Fillings feel authentic, without being so spicy as to be difficult to handle, with the extra spice available from the red salsa they provide with the meal. The green salsa is mild if you don’t want that. If you have absolutely no spice tolerance, the chicken is mild while still being flavorful and properly cooked. I get a set of three al pastor tacos, but all of the fillings I have tried are good (haven’t tried the vegetarian yet). It seems they do catering, and from what I can see they would do a good job and provide something for everyone.

this taco truck is so so so good! we hired them for our wedding and our guests went back to get seconds! they were very responsive prior to our wedding and made the entire service seamless. amazing pastor! I didn’t try the asada but our guests raved about it! worth every penny !

We were lucky to have them for a work event! The food was delicious. I got the al pastor bowl and churros , with a side of Mexican corn. Everything tasted super flavorful. Definitely would stop and eat their truck if I pass by !
