Lots of fat in the pulled pork and the sauces are terrible. Whole plate was floating in grease.

That is incredibly frustrating, especially when I am on a mission to hit every BBQ spot. There is nothing worse than paying Biltmore prices only to get the "bottom of the barrel" scraps while seeing the person next to you get the actual goods. It sounds like i ran into a classic case of a high-volume venue prioritizing speed over quality, likely staffed by seasonal workers who don't have the "pitmaster" pride you'd find at a dedicated BBQ joint. I should of seen that when i didnt see smoke. This is not a food truck this is a serving truck with kids not caring what they serve 😤.

We ordered lunch here while visiting Antler Hill Village. The food was prepared quickly, and we found a place nearby to sit and dine beneath one of the umbrellas. The sandwiches were good, not great, but we didn't expect a gourmet meal from a food truck. It is a decent place to eat if you're looking for something quick.

What an awesome experience. These guys were at Setter's Ridge, and WOW am I glad they were!! My favorite, you have the beard, was so sweet. The brisket is out of this world. Even though the weather was subpar, thanks bipolar PA, these guys definitely made it worth it. Combine the delish wine, with this food, what a great day!!!

Awesome food! Some of the best brisket I have ever had. The pulled pork and pulled chicken are excellent too, very very highly recommend!!
