I tried their double smash burger, fried spicy chicken sandwich, and their Cali loaded fries. The burgers were delicious, patties were crispy, bun was soft, and their cooked onions were the cherry on top for me. One of the few smash burgers I’ve had with a proper crust on the patties The fried chicken sandwich was very juicy, tender, actually had a bit of a kick, and the slaw they put in were delicious. The loaded fries were my favorite. You get the same crispy smash burger patty, fresh jalapeños, their sauce, cheese, and they put it in a bed of Cajun fries. 10/10. The flavor overall was spot on here. One last thing to mention, they were super quick and friendly! Great experience and I’d highly recommend it if you get a chance to try their food!

Stop looking 🛑✋🏼 this is the BEST SMASHBURGER IN L.A. (and it’s not even close). The portion size is maxed out, the burger patties have that elusive crispy edge and the fries are fresh and have the perfect crunch. I’m still thinking about it a day later and can’t wait to find their food truck schedule and pull up again 😮‍💨🙏🏻 (sorry I didn’t attach a pic the food looked and smelled too good to pause for a photo)

Tried this smash burger food truck and it honestly blew me away. The flavor of the burgers is insanely good: perfectly seasoned, cooked just right, and that crispy smash edge that makes every bite addictive. Another big plus is that they don’t leave anyone out, they offer vegetarian, protein style burguers and gluten-free options, which is great if you’re going with friends who have different diets or needs. The staff is super cool, friendly, and laid-back, the kind that makes you feel welcome, I’ve tried several items from their menu and every single one has been consistently delicious and full of flavor. You can tell they put care into what they do. if you’re into real-deal smash burgers and want a place that genuinely cares about the experience, this food truck is the one!!! Highly recommended.
