Wow. Just wow. First off, I got two of the birrira dinners, which cost $30 in total. That’s a lot of money for the small amount of food you get. Second, and most importantly. I found a HAIR in my taco. I’m actually so icked out and angry about this. Thirdly, the food was incredibly tasteless, the rice was undercooked, oily, and crunchy. I thought I’d actually break a tooth or something eating it. Beans tasted like water and were slightly hard, the tacos were dry and the consumme genuinely tasted like dirty water. I’m utterly disgusted, and disappointed.

The tacos are decent, nothing too special. I usually end up adding extra seasoning at home because the flavor just isn’t quite there. The asada always taste off, almost like it’s been sitting out too long, kinda tastes and looks like grey meat or maybe it’s the oil being used. Either way, it’s not the best. On top of that, the woman who takes orders often comes across as a bit rude or just not very welcoming. I could overlook that if the food really stood out, but it doesn’t quite hit that level. I’ve given this place multiple chances and tried different meats and plates, but it’s been pretty consistent. I only go cause my wife likes the radishes on the plate. The prices are also a bit high for the quality of food and service you get.

Tasty Birria consume was very flavorful the only thing that would hand made it better was if the tortilla was a bit more crunch. Steak quesadilla was good a bit greasy but overall good. The Sandia water and lemonade were refreshing. Red salsa was spicier than the green. Staff was friendly fast service. Take it to go or eat at the tables that are set up outside.

This is one of my favorite food truck in Abilene. I love both birria and street tacos from them! It's so delicious!

It was a short wait to order and receive food. Staff was nice. Ordered barbacoa & pastor street taco plates. Everything was very delicious - charro beans, salsas, rice, and the tacos. Highly recommend eating food from here! Would love for them to open a restaurant.
